The Texas Ranch Grills Trail Boss Deluxe Grill is great for smaller families, smaller needs and tight spaces. At 36" wide the Trail Boss Grill fits onto smaller patios and porches, as well into tighter commercial spaces where space is at a premium.
The Trail Boss Deluxe Grill, like all our grills, can be sized to your needs. If you have an existing outdoor kitchen area we can build to fit your existing space. We do many commercial applications, where the Trail Boss Grill is ideal for tight commercial kitchens.
We offer the Trail Boss Deluxe Grill in the standard split grate configuration, half flat expanded grate and half Argentine V-Grate, as well as full grate options to fit your needs. You can even order your Trail Boss Deluxe Grill with one of our new solid steel custom grates, available on our Accessories Page.
The Trail Boss Deluxe Grill is built exactly like all of our bigger grills. The rear mounted brasero and drop down front door make it easy to produce big results in a small space.

Many smaller grills need to be moved more often, for storage, cleaning, etc. The Trail Boss Deluxe Grill comes standard with the same high capacity 6" solid casters we use on all of our bigger grills. The 36' Trail Boss Deluxe Grill can easily be moved by one person.

The Trail Boss Deluxe Grill comes standard with fire brick on the floor of the fire box. This is the same brick used in fireplaces and ceramic kilns. This fire brick protects the bottom of the fire box from the extreme heat of the fire as well as the corrosive ash that is left behind.
